CANCELLATION
We kindly ask that you adhere to our 48-hour cancellation policy. To avoid forfeiting your $50 deposit, please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not show up, or if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
A credit card is required to secure your appointment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. This policy ensures that each client receives the dedicated time and attention they deserve.
Service Deposit
The service deposit is required to confirm your appointment and will be credited toward your future service. Please note that once you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you in our schedule.
SHIPPING
Shipping is valid only for shipments within the continental United States. We are unable to ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O
Packages are shipped within 1-2 days upon receipt.
If your order status is delivered but you are unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) and use your tracking number to start a claim with them.
